Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and avionico ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of avionico Hub ("Hub"), a platform for purchasing and managing digital Roblox product licenses.

By connecting via Discord OAuth, purchasing a license, or otherwise using the Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use the Hub you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country (whichever is higher), in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.
• Have a valid Discord account connected via Discord OAuth.
• Have a Roblox account linked through the Vault platform, required for license verification.

By using the Hub, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. License Purchases

• Digital Licenses: Each purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable digital license for the specified avionico product, tied to your Discord account.
• One License Per Purchase: Each physical Roblox item copy (T-shirt, gamepass, etc.) purchased may be used to claim exactly one license. A single item cannot be used to claim multiple licenses.
• No Refunds: All purchases are final. Once a license has been claimed and granted, no refunds or reversals are issued, except where required by applicable law.
• Gifting: You may gift a license to another user who has a Roblox account linked via Vault. Each item copy can only be used to gift once. The license is permanently assigned to the recipient's Discord account.
• License Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke a license at any time if these Terms are violated, fraud is detected, or at our sole discretion for other justified reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer your license to any third party for commercial gain.
• Attempt to claim multiple licenses using the same purchased item.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Hub.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Hub or its verification systems.
• Use the Hub for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate revocation of all licenses and a permanent ban without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All products sold through avionico Hub, including their design, code, and assets, remain the exclusive intellectual property of avionico and its creators. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the product as described; it does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights.

6. Service Availability

The Hub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any product at any time with or without notice, and we shall not be liable for any resulting loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, avionico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Hub or any product licensed through it, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice via our official Discord community or via the Hub itself. Continued use of the Hub after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
