By using avionico Hub you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We follow the principle of data minimization and only collect what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

2. Data We Collect

• Discord Identity: Your Discord user ID and username, obtained when you sign in via Discord OAuth. This is used to identify your account and tie licenses to you.
• Roblox Identity: Your Roblox username and Roblox user ID, obtained via the Vault platform when you link your Roblox account. This is required for license ownership verification.
• Purchase Records: Records of license claims including the product purchased, timestamp, whether it was a gift, and the Roblox item instance ID used to claim the license. These records are retained for fraud prevention and audit purposes.
• Usage Data: Basic interaction data such as verification attempts and their outcomes. No third-party analytics trackers are used.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To verify your identity and link licenses to your Discord account.
• To confirm Roblox item ownership as part of the license claiming process.
• To prevent fraud, double-claiming, and abuse of the platform.
• To manage your license history and support requests.
• To communicate important service updates or account notices.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Hub service.

4. Data Security & Storage

• Infrastructure: Our backend and database are hosted with a GDPR-certified hosting provider with servers located in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. Authentication tokens are stored with industry-standard security.
• Access: Access to personal data is strictly limited to what is necessary to operate the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as necessary to provide the service. Purchase and audit records are retained for a minimum of 12 months for fraud prevention. If you request deletion of your account, your personal identifiers (Discord ID, Roblox ID) are removed within 30 days. Anonymized purchase records may be retained longer for fraud prevention purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

We share data only where necessary to operate the service:

• Discord: Required for authentication via Discord OAuth. Discord's privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform.
• Vault (vaultroblox.com): Used to verify Roblox account linking and manage license assignments. Your Roblox username and Discord ID are shared with Vault as necessary for these operations.
• Roblox: The Roblox Open Cloud API is queried to verify that you own a specific item in your Roblox inventory. Only your Roblox user ID and item IDs are sent to this API.

We do not sell or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

7. Your Legal Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Request portability of your data.
